The certificate of quality ISO 9001: 2000
has been awarded to Maison GENNÉ sprl.
Maison GENNÉ innovates in being, to our knowledge, the first moving company in Belgium to obtain this label for a system centered on customer satisfaction.
As part of a global effort to improve the quality and its management, Maison GENNÉ has decided to request an external approval of quality through the procedure of certification ISO 9001. Although the Quality is a process of continuous and endless improvement, Maison GENNÉ has reached the first milestone by receiving the accreditation of Quality ISO 9001.

What is the standard ISO 9001?
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has been founded with the aim of getting the international, governmental and non-governmental organizations to find a common understanding and approach to improve the quality.
ISO has developped numerous standards but the main one remains the standard ISO 9001 updated in 2000. This standard ISO 9001:2000 aims at improving the quality. The Maison GENNÉ sprl is aware that the quality of its services is the absolute priority for its customers and its staff.
